Kettle bells

Amazing feedback this month, thank you for your commitment in making this class outstanding! Book your class soon as limited spaces are available. However we hope to introduce more classes in the near future. A big thank you to Tina Smyth for being, once again, a fabulous instructor.

STRONG by Zumba

This is a new class that’s becoming more popular at the club. This is no dance class but a High-Intensity-Tempo-Training (HITT) workout, and the music makes it so much fun! Join new instructor Helen Blaine every Wednesday at 5.30pm.

AEROSHAPE with Nicola Herbert

Ideal for all fitness abilities including those with back, knee and shoulder problems. Tapping into raising the heart rate, strengthening the heart and burning calories. Low impact training – great for anyone post injury or post operation, build good core strength, increase hip mobility and become aware of posture and good body alignment. Join Nicola every Wednesday at 11.30am.
