Enjoy expanded functional training and free weights areas, a revamped outdoor training zone, and new cardio and fixed resistance zones. Plus, our group cycle studio will get a major upgrade with brand-new bikes, immersive lighting, and the ability for virtual cycling sessions.

Cardio Zone
You’ll find a range of equipment here designed to work the cardiovascular system, including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and bikes. All our cardio kit is fully interactive, so you can view live results and track your progress.

Functional & Small Group Training Zone
Get stuck into activities that mimic everyday life movements with kettlebells, medicine balls, Bosu balls, viprs, battle ropes, slam balls, agility ladders and plyometric boxes. Our functional kit delivers multi-directional exercises that help improve day to day movement & fitness.

Free Weights & Strength Zone
Tone muscle, improve strength & increase power in our free weights area featuring dumbbells, bars, plates, cable machines, bar bells and fixed resistance equipment.

Stretch & Core Zone
Improve flexibility & mobility and reduce areas of tightness with the help of mats, bands, foam rollers, pilates balls and stretching machines.

As part of your membership, begin a fully guided 12-week wellness journey to identify your goals, track your progress and get the results you need.

Teen gym, activities and more
Get your teen into healthy habits, set goals and feel proud of what they've achieved with Teen Gym. From Monday to Friday: 15:00-20:00 and Saturday and Sunday: 12:00-17:00, your young adults can enjoy working out in a safe and fun environment, using our interactive kit to track live results.
Teen Gym is designed specifically for 11-15 year olds to use all our cardio and functional facilities and equipment, with someone on the gym floor to support them at all times. Please note Teen Gym excludes the use of strength equipment for safety reasons.

Swimming is an excellent low impact, cardiovascular workout as well as an effective means of improving endurance and strength. Dip your toe into lane swimming, lessons or our popular Aqua classes, which combine the benefits of water resistance with dynamic exercises to sculpt and tone the body.
